Traditional philanthropic interventions treat rural schools as isolated academic buildings operating from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Project Vidyodaya reinvents this paradigm by transforming under-resourced village campuses into multi-shift, 365-day community anchors. By layering foundational schooling, vocational skill certification, distance university access and civic welfare within one campus, we optimise rural capital and build multi-generational resilience.
1. Day Schooling
Pre-primary to Grade 12 modern curriculum, smart digital boards, clean sanitation and STEM labs.
2. Distance Learning
High-speed digital classrooms facilitating BA/B.Com and open university degrees for rural youth.
3. Vocational Labs
Afternoon/weekend job-skill tracks: IT basics, electrical repair, healthcare attendant certification.
4. Community Center
Civic anchor hosting women's SHGs, farmer training workshops, legal aid clinics and health drives.

- Tripartite governance. The trust appoints 2 trustees from Anandita Foundation and 2–3 trustees from the donor/CSR side.
- Full-day utilisation. Morning schooling, afternoon vocational labs, evening university distance learning and weekend community welfare.
